Bathrooms, honestly. Five for eight bedrooms: one per bedroom in the Pool Villa, two shared in the House. The hill works best for groups that pair people up rather than sixteen singles. We would rather tell you now than have you find out on day one.
Space to practise
A flat lawn above the sea for a morning class, covered terraces for a wet one, a movie room that doubles as a workshop room, and a 24-seat table that becomes the studio table. Free weights, bars and a yoga mat are here; bring your own mats for a group.
Kitchens that cook for a group
Two full kitchens and an outdoor kitchen. Our chef does group breakfasts, a sunset dinner on the terrace and a Thai cooking class; vegetarian, vegan and halal menus by arrangement, and a halal supplier in Sikao.
Fibre that actually works
105 Mb/s down, 104 up, measured. A real office with a monitor, an ergonomic chair and a printer. A company can run a hybrid offsite from here without anyone pretending the Wi-Fi is fine.
Complete privacy
One private drive that goes nowhere else. No neighbour overlooks any pool, terrace or bedroom. Cameras face outward only — the gate, the drive, the car park — and staff come at the times you agree.
Getting a group here
Krabi International is 1 h 15 by road (AirAsia, Scoot, IndiGo, flydubai); Trang 50 minutes from Bangkok; 3 h 30 from the Malaysian border. We arrange vans for the whole group and a driver for the stay.
The days between sessions
A beach across the road. A private longtail to Koh Kradan, Koh Mook and the Emerald Cave from the pier below the hill (islands open October to April). Massage on the terrace. A hill in a constant breeze, 2–3 °C cooler than town.
Retreats
Yoga teacher trainings, wellness weeks, writing and breathwork retreats: the hill takes up to sixteen in eight bedrooms with the organiser filling the beds. We hold green-season weeks — April to June and September to November — for retreats at our lowest exclusive-use rate, six-night minimum, with group breakfasts and one chef dinner included; full board and a cooking class are quoted per head. High season (December to March) is available at the standard rate and books six to twelve months ahead.
Weddings
The ceremony by the infinity edge with the sea horizon behind, dinner for up to twenty-four at one table, a covered terrace if the sky turns, and the beach across the road for the photographs. The couple take the Pool Villa; the families take the House and the Suite. We work with Krabi wedding planners or yours, with our chef or your caterer. Music finishes at 10 pm.
Company offsites
A team of eight to sixteen, one table, fibre internet, a cinema room for the all-hands and a pool for the end of the day. One hour fifteen from an international airport with direct flights from Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Delhi and Dubai. The whole hill closes to your company for the stay; nobody else is on the property.
Rates and how it works
Exclusive use of the whole hill is priced per night, not per person, at the Private Estate rate published on our Estate page — lower in green season, higher at Christmas and New Year. Tell us the dates, the group size and what the group needs to do each day; we quote the same day and hold the dates for 48 hours. A deposit confirms; the balance is due before arrival on our standard terms. Organisers and planners are welcome to ask about commission.
Organiser questions
How many can a retreat sleep?
Sixteen as standard across eight bedrooms and twelve beds; up to twenty-four with the bunk room and sofa beds. Five bathrooms in total, so the hill suits retreats that pair people up.
Is there a proper space to practise?
A flat lawn above the sea, covered terraces for wet weather, a movie room that works as a workshop space, and the 24-seat table. There is no dedicated shala; for a group over twelve we can put up a shade structure on the lawn by arrangement.
Can you cater for the whole group?
Yes. Our chef does group breakfasts, a sunset dinner on the terrace and a Thai cooking class, with vegetarian, vegan and halal menus by arrangement. Full board is quoted per person per day.
Do you take weddings?
Small ones, well: ceremony by the pool edge, dinner for up to 24, a covered wet-weather terrace, photographs on the beach across the road. We work with Krabi planners or your own. Music until 10 pm.
Is the internet good enough for a working offsite?
Measured at 105 Mb/s down and 104 up on fibre, with a real office (monitor, ergonomic chair, printer). Video calls from any villa are routine.
Which months should an organiser choose?
April to June and September to November are our green-season weeks: quieter, greener, our lowest exclusive-use rates, and the islands reopen on 1 October. December to March is guaranteed island weather at the standard rate and books six to twelve months out.
How do organisers get paid?
Ask us. We are glad to agree a commission or a net rate with retreat organisers, wedding planners and offsite agencies, and to hold a provisional block while you sell the week.
