The pool is PebbleTec — the surface of the world’s finest pools — new in 2024, on a deck built with marine-grade steel. Inside: three en-suite king bedrooms, open-plan living, a private cinema and floor-to-ceiling glass. Four king beds sleep eight, and twelve fit with extra beds.

- New Slumberland Royal Luxury pocket-sprung mattresses on every bed (2026)

Arriving

Paying
- A 50% deposit confirms your stay, paid by bank transfer, Wise or Revolut; the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Inside 60 days, the stay is paid in full to confirm
- If the balance is not paid on time the dates are released and the deposit is not refunded
- ฿20,000 refundable security deposit at check-in, returned within seven days of departure
- Change of plans? Until 60 days before arrival, move your stay to any available future dates free of charge (you pay only any difference in rate); payments are non-refundable
Good to know
- Housekeeping is included: ask for it as often as you like and our cleaners come as soon as they can, subject to their workload
- Rate is per villa, per night, not per person; electricity, water and Wi-Fi included on stays of up to 28 nights
- No neighbouring property overlooks the villa. The House sits further up the hill with its own entrance; our family lives in a separate house on the grounds, so help is minutes away
- It sits in a natural hillside setting, so expect the occasional gecko and a great many cicadas
- Music until 10 pm, then the stars
