The estate is a hill of its own, screened by jungle, with a single private drive that goes nowhere else. No pool, terrace or bedroom is visible from any neighbouring property, road or path. Our security cameras face outward only — the approach, the gate and the parking — and none of them looks into the estate. Nobody enters a villa without prior agreement, and cleaning times are always fixed with you in advance, so there are no surprise visitors. How the privacy works →

Room for three generations, without sharing walls.
Three residences, one hill: Pool Villa 240° with three en-suite bedrooms and a private cinema, Sunny Hill House with five bedrooms, and the Sunset Suite for the couple who want their own corner. Up to twenty-four guests, one infinity pool, and a chef on request for dinners on the terrace. Cots and high chairs are provided, there are free weights and bars for anyone who trains, and the beach is across the road.

Arriving
- Check-in from 2 pm (until 9 pm); check-out by 11 am
- Met at the villa by our staff, or self check-in if you land late
- ≈ 50 min from Trang Airport, ≈ 1 h 15 from Krabi — private transfer included when you book direct
Paying
- A 50% deposit confirms your stay, paid by bank transfer, Wise or Revolut; the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Inside 60 days, the stay is paid in full to confirm
- If the balance is not paid on time the dates are released and the deposit is not refunded
- ฿20,000 refundable security deposit at check-in, returned within seven days of departure
- Change of plans? Until 60 days before arrival, move your stay to any available future dates free of charge (you pay only any difference in rate); payments are non-refundable
Good to know
- Housekeeping is included: ask for it as often as you like and our cleaners come as soon as they can, subject to their workload
- Rate is for the whole hill, per night, not per person; electricity, water and Wi-Fi included on stays of up to 28 nights
- Airport transfers for the whole party are arranged; tell us your flights
- Our family lives in a separate house on the estate — staff come only at the times you agree

- We confirm personally within 12 hours and hold the villa for 48 hours.
- We send payment details. Pay the 50% deposit by bank transfer, Wise or Revolut; the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Inside 60 days the stay is paid in full to confirm.
